Introduction: This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may use the Phoenix Trailer Rental website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Site.
Services Offered: Phoenix Trailer Rental offers trailer rentals by the day and by the week, by reservation only and on a 100% contactless basis. We do not offer hourly rentals; you may return a trailer early, but a full day's rate still applies. Delivery is available for a fee calculated on round-trip distance. We do not offer one-way rentals, and we do not tow trailers on your behalf.
Requirements: A completed rental agreement, a valid driver's license, valid insurance on the towing vehicle, a tow-capable vehicle, and a 2-5/16" ball of the proper capacity are required. After your agreement is signed and your license and insurance are reviewed, a gate code and lockbox code are provided for contactless pickup.
Deposits & Fees: The rental total plus a $200 refundable deposit are due upfront. A 3.5% card processing fee applies to both the total and the deposit and is non-refundable. The deposit is returned after the return check-in inspection, provided there are no missing or damaged items and no damage to the trailer. This can take up to 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
Cancellations: You may cancel with at least 24 hours' notice before pickup for a refund, less the non-refundable processing fee. Same-day cancellations or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are refunded less a $50 fee plus processing fees. For a no call, no show, the deposit is refunded only.
Out of State: Trailers may be taken anywhere in the United States and Canada, but not Mexico, and must be returned to Arizona.
Damage: You are responsible for any damage to the trailer during the rental period.
Availability: Trailers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. The Site does not guarantee the availability of any specific trailer.
Termination: The Site reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your use of the Site at any time, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Limitation of Liability: The Site shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Modification of Terms: The Site may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Site and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the Site.
Links to External Sites: This site may contain links to other websites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third party vendors and other third parties ("External Sites"). You acknowledge that Phoenix Trailer Rental is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any External Site. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such External Sites.
By accessing or using the Phoenix Trailer Rental website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
