How do I book a trailer?+
Pick your trailer and click through to our secure Patriot Hauls listing to choose your dates and reserve online. You can also call or text (623) 304-7652 — we're reservation only.
What do I need to rent?+
A completed rental agreement, a valid driver's license, valid insurance on your tow vehicle, a tow-capable vehicle with a 2-5/16" ball of the proper capacity, and the rental total plus a $200 refundable deposit.
What comes with each trailer?+
Every trailer comes equipped with a winch, straps and a hitch. Chains are available on request, and the enclosed trailers include E-tracks.
How does pickup work? Is it really contactless?+
Yes — it's 100% contactless. After your agreement is signed and your license and insurance are reviewed, you're texted a gate code and lockbox code. Pickup is near Loop 101 & I-17 in Phoenix.
How does the deposit work?+
A $200 refundable deposit is collected with your rental total and returned after the return check-in inspection, provided there's no missing equipment or damage. A 3.5% card processing fee applies to the total and the deposit and is non-refundable.
Do you deliver?+
Yes — delivery is available for a fee based on distance (calculated round trip). Ask us when you reserve and we'll quote it.
Do you offer hourly rentals?+
No. Rentals are by the day and by the week. You're welcome to bring a trailer back early, but a full day's rate still applies.
Can I take the trailer out of state?+
Trailers can travel anywhere in the United States and Canada, but not Mexico, and must be returned to Arizona. We don't offer one-way rentals.
